Event Space Pavilion

The pavilion form is constructed via a focus on the courtyard. The structure utilizes earthy stone masses that erect from the earth and allows for overhead beams to provide shade. The name Framed View is derived from the pavilion’s ability to step back and frame the surrounding landscape. A balance of Light beams and polycarbonate roofing contrasting the heavy stone massing that creates the negative space for the visitors to roam. A light gravel trail that follows the form of the pavilion grabs you towards the various entrances and seamlessly transitions with the natural earth.
